GENERAL SERVICE TERMS FOR TICKET PURCHASES: Add Demand AB Event Service
Please read these terms of use in full before you use this website and access our services. www.adddemand.se and www.adddemand.com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’), is a website belonging to the company Add Demand AB, registered under the Organization Number 556763-2517 and registered at Kungsgatan 10, 111 43 Stockholm, Sweden. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this webitesite or its services. Using this website implies that you accept these terms. We occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.
1. Overview of the Service
1.1 The Add Demand event service provided by Add Demand AB is intended to allow users to purchase tickets for events which take place in person and on-line.
1.2 Where required by law, Add Demand AB is an authorized provider of transactional payment services.
2. Accessing the Service
2.1 Eligible Users. In order to access or use our site and services, you must be (i) at least eighteen (18) years old and (ii) able to form legally binding contracts and (iii) a legal residentof the European Union. Other restrictions may apply.
2.2 Not Available to Certain Users. Our site and services may not be available in whole or in part in different countries and jurisdictions as determined by local laws and regulations or if we reasonably determine that providing services in a particular country or jurisdiction presents an unacceptable level of risk to us, our users, or our systems.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment & Delivery. Payment is due at the time your transaction is submitted for processing although we may choose not to debit your payment instrument immediately. In order for us to collect payment from you and complete your transaction, you authorize us to access, charge,
electronically transfer, or debit funds from any of the payment instruments you provide us in connection with your use of our site and services. Tickets purchased from Add Demand AB to the consumer will be received within five minutes of the transaction having been submitted.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1 Refunds and Cancellations. If you would like to cancel your purchase you may do so within 72 hours and receive a full refund for the transacted amount. Please contact info@localhost to request the refund. In occasion that one of our events is cancelled, all ticket purchases will be refunded for the total transacted amount.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 Add Demand AB is operating under Swedish law and following consumer rights as required under EU regulatory standards.
